The suite also includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing full meals during your stay. A highlight of the property is the private roof deck, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the city.

Located in the heart of the historical Lincolnville neighborhood, The Ray is surrounded by picturesque charm and a rich history dating back to 1866. This growing community blends historic homes with modernized beauties and is home to local favorites like Blue Hen, Preserved, and Dog Rose Brewery, all within a few minutes' walk. For further exploration, you are just an 8-minute walk to downtown King Street, a 6-minute walk to the Lightner Museum, and a 15-minute drive to St. Augustine beach. To avoid limited downtown parking, this unit includes 2 dedicated off-street spaces in the back of the building.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that the primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay. For the protection of all guests, security cameras are active in the back parking lot and the stairwell; the elevator and entrances are shared amenities, though you will have a private entry code.

Strict house rules apply to maintain the property's character: no pets are allowed due to allergies, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home.
