The villa is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space and comfort. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including a convenient half-bath on the main level), comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests with 2 beds. The main floor boasts an open-plan living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all finished with tile floors throughout. Large sliding doors open to a private patio area with seating and small views of the ocean. Upstairs, the master bedroom provides a queen-size bed, a TV, ample clothing storage, and its own additional balcony. The second bedroom is perfectly suited for children or extra guests, featuring two twin beds and a small TV. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the upstairs level.

While the villa itself is a private sanctuary, guests have access to the exceptional facilities of the Villas by the Sea resort. Enjoy the following resort features:

Please be aware that beach access may not be available during high tide; during these times, guests are encouraged to utilize the oceanfront boardwalk, the resort pools, or public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Strictly not allowed. A $1,000 fine will be charged to the card on file, and guests will be asked to vacate without a refund if this policy is broken.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited throughout the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund.
• Supplies: Linens are provided, along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during the stay.
