Practical Information: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be aware that late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Pets are allowed. A mandatory HOA amenities fee is required: $35 for groups up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. For damage protection, 1-night stays require a $500 refundable security deposit. For stays of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pool heating is available for $35 per day with one week's notice.
