The home features four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms: a master suite with king bed, flat screen TV, workstation, and attached full bath; two additional bedrooms each with queen beds; and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. A second full bathroom is located upstairs, with an additional half bath on the first floor for convenience.

Indoor spaces flow seamlessly together, starting with a family room featuring a large flat screen TV open to the fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The separate living room provides additional seating and entertainment options, connecting to a formal dining area that seats 10 comfortably. Glass sliding doors lead to your private outdoor oasis.

The covered patio serves as the home's crown jewel, featuring a built-in wet bar with full-size refrigerator, stainless steel barbecue, and flat screen TV.
