Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The base rate includes up to 4 guests, with additional guests beyond the 4th incurring a $20 per night fee. The rental includes a $75 weekly electricity allowance with overages charged at $0.15 per kWh. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
