Inside, you will find a bright, open living area characterized by high ceilings, coastal-inspired décor, and entertainment options including a large flat-screen TV and a full-size pool table. The heart of the home is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.

Step outside to experience the best of waterfront living. You can relax on the spacious screened patio overlooking the canal or lounge by the private pool. For those who love the water, the private dock is an exceptional spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or launching a kayak or boat. Please note that while the pool is professionally maintained and sparkling clean, some cosmetic wear on the lining may be visible, though it does not affect water quality.

• Security: Ring doorbell and exterior perimeter cameras are in place for safety

Important Hurricane Season Note: From June 1 to November 30, we strongly recommend trip insurance. If a named storm is forecast, precautions such as securing outdoor furniture, unplugging televisions, and closing electric storm shutters will be taken. If the home remains habitable, no refunds will be issued due to natural disasters.
