Rental Agreement Acknowledgment & Required Signature: By completing this reservation through the Airbnb platform, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of the Anna Maria Rental Properties Rental Agreement, thereby creating a legally binding agreement between the Guest and Anna Maria Rental Properties, LLC. The Primary Guest accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all occupants, invitees, and visitors comply with the terms of the Rental Agreement, property rules, community regulations, and all applicable laws, and agrees to be fully liable for their actions. The Guest agrees to be financially responsible for any and all damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, fines, penalties, or violations caused by the Guest, members of their party, or visitors during the reservation period. The full Rental Agreement, including all terms and conditions, is made available to the Guest for review and will be provided via a secure electronic link following booking. Guests are encouraged to review the Agreement promptly and contact Anna Maria Rental Properties with any questions prior to arrival. Additional Requirement: As a condition of this reservation, the Guest must review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement within seventy-two (72) hours of booking, or prior to check-in, whichever occurs first.

Failure to complete the Rental Agreement may result in a delay or inability to provide check-in instructions, access codes, or property access until the Agreement has been completed, in accordance with Airbnb policies and applicable law.
