• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles at the property; additional vehicles must use the community overflow lot to avoid HOA fines.
• Pool Heat: Available for an additional fee of $50/night (must be pre-arranged 30 days in advance). Note that heaters are temperature-dependent and do not operate at night.
• House Rules: No furniture moving; no pass sharing (max 3 passes); trash must be placed in the front door bench by 7 AM. A limited starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided.
• Fees: $50 charge per missing item (towels, linens, dishware); $20 charge per trash bag left outside the bench; $200 fee for unauthorized furniture movement or parking violations.
