The residence features a spacious layout designed for comfort, consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, with 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Guests can unwind in the plush primary suite or gather in the open living area. For those who love to cook, the sparkling full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and generous granite counter space. To ensure a seamless stay, the home includes a private washer/dryer and provided beach gear.

While the property provides a serene escape, please be advised that the complex is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, and stairways. During your visit, you may encounter occasional daytime construction noise, active work zones, and limited access to certain outdoor areas. Please note that the elevator in the West Building is currently down. While there may be temporary closures of the on-site pool, hot tub, and parking areas, these facilities remain available to guests at Quiet Waters during such times.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the friendly 19-block beach community of Indian Shores, just south of Indian Rocks Beach, this area is renowned for its brilliant sunsets.
