Experience the ultimate coastal escape at this luxurious 2,300 square foot beachfront condo located within the La Contessa Condo Resort on Redington Beach, Florida. Beautifully updated and tastefully decorated, this residence offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the moment you step through the door.

The interior features an open floor plan with ceramic tile flooring throughout the large living room, dining area, kitchen, and hallway. The amazing fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience with granite countertops and updated appliances. The living room is designed for relaxation with very comfy furniture and a large flat screen TV. For sleeping arrangements, the home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: the master bedroom features a king sized bed, a walk-in closet, and an amazing master bath with a garden tub, spacious shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom also includes a king sized bed, while the third bedroom provides two sets of comfortable bunk beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.

Step outside onto the large beachfront balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, where comfortable furniture and a seating area allow you to enjoy the famous Florida sunsets. Guests also have access to a dedicated cabana featuring a refrigerator, wet bar, and pool/beach toys.

Redington Beach is a quaint beach town located just a short drive from St. Petersburg. To the south, the well-known John's Pass Village is approximately 2.5 miles away, offering an abundance of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The area is perfect for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, and jet skiing. For further exploration, the Jolley Trolley provides easy access to surrounding sights, while Busch Gardens in Tampa is a 45-minute drive away.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to recent hurricane damage, there is currently no access to onsite amenities, including the pools, hot tub/spa, jacuzzi, cabanas, lounge tables, tiki hut, private pier, or BBQ facilities. Elevators are operational but may experience intermittent outages, and some noise may be present due to restoration work.

• Minimum Rental Period: 30 nights
• Parking: One assigned garage parking spot only
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking inside the rental. No events or parties permitted. Minimum rental age is 25 years old; adults under 25 must be accompanied by a parent. Condo association paperwork must be completed and returned prior to arrival.
