Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM via a personalized 6-digit access code, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. All late check-outs must be approved by the host, or a $100 penalty fee will apply. Parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis; however, vehicles must be parked in the Somerset St. lots rather than Mandalay Ave. lots to avoid ticketing or towing without a front desk pass.

Important Rules:

• This is a non-smoking property; smoking in the home results in a $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The suite contains a kitchenette, not a full size kitchen.

Please be advised that one of the two pool areas will be closed for renovations from September 9th, 2024, until October 20th, 2024. One pool remains open for guest use, though daytime construction noise may occur. Guest Experience Managers (GEMs) are available on-site daily from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM and by phone from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM to ensure your stay is absolutely perfect.
