The space is divided into two side-by-side units, each containing three bedrooms. Each condo offers a king suite with a private en suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one room with two full beds. All bedrooms are equipped with desks, TVs, and room-darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. In addition to the master suites, each unit provides two common area bathrooms accessible from the hallway, featuring spacious modern fixtures with separate tubs and showers.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The lead guest must be 21 years or older, and a rental agreement and government-issued ID are required. Please note that pets are not allowed. Smoking of any kind, drug use, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the premises, with fines applying for violations. To respect neighboring families, please keep noise levels low after 10 PM. Parties, events, and external structures like tents are not permitted. Guests are asked to avoid moving furniture and are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs.

Pool heating is available in winter (November to April) for $50 per day; this must cover the full stay and be requested at least seven days prior to arrival. Two access cards for resort amenities are provided; lost cards incur an $80 fee per card.
