This spacious residence is designed for ultimate comfort and flexibility, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The layout includes two fabulous main suites. The Admiral's Main suite offers a nautical theme, a comfy king-size bed with a memory foam topper, and a fantastic garden tub overlooking the Gulf and Signal Hill golf course. The First Mate's second main suite provides a private entry and its own private balcony, featuring a king-size bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, along with a convenient efficiency kitchenette. Additional sleeping arrangements include a luxurious queen-size bed in the 'Pineapples and Palms' room and a dedicated kids' room, the 'Crew's Quarters,' equipped with sturdy bunk beds (suitable for those under 100 lbs). For extra capacity, the great room features a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa.

The interior is richly decorated with global treasures and defined by nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, and granite countertops. A gourmet kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker allows you to create feasts while enjoying an oceanfront view. Practical Information: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This property has a minimum rental age of 25 and a 2-3 night minimum stay requirement. Pets, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited except in designated outdoor areas.

Important Resort Registration: Resort registration is NOT included in your reservation. Guests must register in advance via a provided link and pay fees directly to the resort. Registration packets are collected from security upon arrival. There is a limit of 2 parking passes per unit. Vehicle registration fees are $50 per vehicle, and armbands are $6 each. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association; unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing.
