• Age Requirements: Registered guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian. Per City Ordinance 1667, all occupants must be 21+ unless part of a family with children. Specific ratio requirements and ID submissions apply during High Impact Periods (March 1 – Memorial Day).
• Curfew: Guests under 18 must be with a guardian after 10:00 PM on property and between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM within city limits.
• Restrictions: No smoking and no pets allowed.
• Notice: Exterior construction is currently underway; noise may be disruptive between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
