Location & Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, this property provides immediate proximity to the white sands of the Gulf. Guests can enjoy the natural beauty of the coastline with easy access to the beach and local coastal attractions.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay; all vehicles must be registered to avoid towing. Pets and smoking are strictly forbidden. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Property Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing improvement projects starting October 1, 2026. Please expect elevated noise levels during construction hours. The pool will be closed from October 2026 through early spring 2027. Direct beach walkway access may be rerouted to the adjacent public walkway. On-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain in vehicles and are not permitted inside the building.
