• An extra extended, ample balcony with amazing direct views and additional seating, accessible from both the inside and outside of the unit.
• A spacious, modern kitchen updated with top-of-the-line appliances and a two-seated bar.
• A roomy, elongated dining table that functions as both an eating surface and a desk.

Living areas are highlighted by top-tier lighting and ceiling fans throughout the living space and both bedrooms. The main area features a mounted 60” TV and two modern high-back swivel chairs. Each bedroom is equipped with its own 45” TV and electrical outlets located conveniently at the bedside tables, with closets providing ample storage for travel items.

Practical amenities include a washer and dryer located within the unit and complimentary WiFi for all Smart TVs.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated on the 30A Emerald Coast, guests are steps away from the beach. While beach chair and service rentals are not included, vendors like Coastal Beach Service, Walton County Beach Services, and Redfish Rentals provide options for chairs and umbrellas.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.

Important Property Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing an exciting improvement project starting October 1, 2026. Guests should be aware of the following:

• The pool is closed for renovation and is expected to reopen in early spring 2027.
• Elevated construction noise is expected during normal working hours.
• The direct beach walkway may be rerouted; a public access walkway is available next to the building.
• Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation with a fee of $35 per car per stay. Proper registration is required.
• On-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bikes must stay on vehicles and are not permitted inside the building.

As a bright spot during these updates, guests can enjoy the brand-new courtyard featuring a gas grill, a beautiful fire pit, and comfortable seating.
