Designed for comfort and style, the interior features 10-foot ceilings and travertine tile floors, all complemented by a calming nautical theme with vanilla and teal tones. The layout consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with each bedroom offering the convenience of an en-suite setup. The primary suite is a highlight of the home, boasting a large en-suite bathroom with a tub, double vanities, and a walk-in shower that creates a high-end spa atmosphere.

Living spaces are open and inviting, blending the dining and living areas to maximize the flow of the home. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped for cozy dinners, featuring stainless steel appliances and neutrally toned granite countertops. Guests can step out onto the large furnished balcony to take in lovely water views of Redfish Lake and the emerald Gulf beyond.

While the property is nestled in nature, guests have access to wonderful community features including walking trails, a preserve trail for beach access, and an expansive pool deck with four separate pools. A free seasonal shuttle is available to transport guests across the lake to the shores of the Gulf.

To ensure a smooth arrival, guests receive a welcome kit including basic laundry and dish supplies, as well as cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. Please note that Pontoon Boat service operates seasonally from March 1 through November 30. For safety and security, exterior cameras are located around the pool areas.
