Natural light streams through expansive windows, creating an airy and fresh atmosphere that feels like home away from home.

A sunroom stocked with games and a small futon provides extra relaxation space and leads to a spacious private patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The fully fenced backyard ensures your pets can roam safely while you unwind.

Located in the private, gated community of Cypress Breeze Plantation off Highway 393, you'll have access to one of the Emerald Coast's largest residential pools - a stunning 13,000+ square foot lagoon-style water wonderland with 12-foot cascading waterfalls, fountains, and grottoes. The pool operates from 8am to 10pm daily throughout the season.

The 2-car garage includes fantastic vacation extras: four beach cruiser bikes and a zippy 6-seater golf cart! Golf carts are street legal here, making it easy and fun to explore. From the front gates, a crosswalk and path lead directly to the beach. Load up the golf cart with included beach chairs and sand toys to reach Ed Walline Public Beach Access in under 3 minutes.

The location puts you minutes from Gulf Place's shops and restaurants, including Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Shelby's Bar and Grill, The Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, and Pizza by the Sea. The Gulf Place Amphitheater hosts live concerts, and seasonal farmers markets add local charm. You're also just a 10-minute golf cart ride from famous Grayton Beach and 15 minutes from Watercolor, Seaside, and Grand Boulevard.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 25 to book, no smoking is permitted, and cancellation is allowed 30 days prior to check-in. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $250 fee per dog added after booking. Sheets and bath towels are included, but please bring your own beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking and eating utensils - just bring your own spices and food. Basic essentials are provided as a starter set, and you may need additional supplies depending on your stay length.
