Welcome to Little-Big Lake House, a custom-built, airy retreat in Holland, Michigan, perfectly positioned between Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. It doesn’t get much better than this inviting getaway, where the combination of a large yard, front porch adirondack chairs, and a cozy fireplace makes spending time with friends and family a joy.

This spacious home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two king-sized beds and an additional basement sleeping area equipped with two sets of bunk beds, ensuring room for the whole family. The main bedroom is a true sanctuary with sky-high ceilings, soft natural light, and a beautiful closet en-suite with a spa shower, while the downstairs bedroom offers a second king bed and a full bathroom with a deep bathtub.

Inside, the bright open-concept main floor showcases salvaged wood frame beams and a large chef's kitchen bathed in natural light. This culinary space features high-end appliances, including a Zephyr hood vent and an antiqued brass French La Cornue gas range, centered around a large island perfect for meal prep and long conversations. For relaxation, the upstairs open loft offers cozy mid-century seating and a window-facing work area. The basement provides a huge secondary living room with a comfortable sectional, a bean bag, and a large flat-screen TV with satellite and streaming services, alongside a second workspace with an adjustable standing-sitting desk and a vast collection of books and games.

Outdoor living is emphasized with a covered, fully screened-in deck featuring a dining table for eight, an outdoor couch, and two hanging “egg” chairs. Guests can grill to their heart's content using the Big Green Egg, with charcoal provided.

Located in a prime spot for exploration, you are a 2-minute walk from both the Lake Macatawa public boat launch and Sanctuary Woods Preserve. Other nearby attractions include Laketown Beach (5-minute drive), Saugatuck Dunes State Park (7-minute drive), and downtown Holland (10-minute drive). For gourmet needs, the family-owned Weirsma’s Central Park Market is just 4 minutes away.
