Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for $35 per car per stay, with a limit of one vehicle per reservation. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Violations may result in eviction without a refund.

Important Property Improvement Notice: Beginning October 1, 2026, One Seagrove Place will undergo a significant improvement project, including a brand-new pool and boardwalk. During this time, guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. The pool will remain closed, with an anticipated reopening in early spring 2027. Direct beach access may be temporarily rerouted to the public walkway next to the building. Additionally, on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must stay on your vehicle and are not permitted inside the building.
