Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation at a cost of $35 per car per stay. Pets and smoking are strictly forbidden; violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Property Improvement Notice: One Seagrove Place is undergoing a significant improvement project starting October 1, 2026. Guests should expect elevated noise levels during normal construction hours. The pool will remain closed through early spring 2027. The direct beach walkway may be temporarily rerouted to the adjacent public access. Additionally, on-site bicycle rentals and storage are unavailable; personal bicycles must remain on vehicles and are not permitted inside the building.
