The guest bedroom serves as a cozy retreat featuring two twin beds and a 25” TV.

Designed for maximum relaxation and entertainment, the home includes:

To maintain the quality of the experience, smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are not welcome. Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette gatherings are strictly prohibited, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

Important Property Notice: One Seagrove Place will undergo significant improvements starting after Labor Day 2026, with the main phase beginning around November 1. During this time, guests should expect elevated construction noise and the closure of the pool until early spring 2027. Beach access walkways may shift, and on-site bicycle rentals, storage, and certain parking restrictions may be in effect. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building.
