If you find any cleaning issues please call our Home Care Team listed in your Check-In Information as soon as you Check-In, please contact the cleaning company to address any cleaning issues within 3 hours of your arrival.

If you want to keep the doors open for a while, please shut off the air conditioning! The unit could freeze up and it may take hours or longer to get fixed.

Most units are equipped with Wireless Internet or have access to several open networks. If you need a Network Key, it will be provided to you in your Check-In Instructions.

General Unit Procedures: This unit is privately owned; please respect the owner’s personal belongings. Please shut off and unplug coffee maker after every use. Do not use the unit towels at the Beach. When using the Garbage Disposal, please run water before and during and after each use. Do not put any large food items or seafood in the Garbage Disposal. During your stay, please place garbage in the appropriate receptacle or trash chute. If there is a grill supplied with your unit, you must clean it afterward or be subject to a fee. Do not lower the refrigerator setting. This may cause it to freeze up. It is normal for your items to take longer to cool when they are initially placed there. No smoking is allowed in any units. Quiet Time is between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Please refrain from any loud noise or music during this time.

For Pet Friendly units: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 per pet, per stay. Do not allow pets on the furniture or beds. Curb your pets at all times. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside.
