Parking is strictly limited to one vehicle per unit at Alerio. For those traveling with additional vehicles, overflow parking is available at Geronimo Self Storage/RV Park, located just .4 miles away.

Welcome and we hope you enjoy your stay with us! Please take a few minutes to review our policies and procedures. Your Check-In Information will have detailed information specific to each unit:

Our rental agreement must be signed before checking into the unit. Codes to check in will be sent after completion.

All tenants planning to occupy a unit must be twenty five (25) years of age or older unless they are related by family which will then require only one of the party to be over twenty five (25). The age limit is set by the HOA and is STRICTLY ENFORCED by the guards upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you find any damage or cleaning issues please call our Home Care Team listed in your Check-In Information as soon as you Check-In. You must contact the cleaning company to address any cleaning issues within 3 hours of your arrival.

Check-In Time is between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM Check-Out Time is at 10:00 AM

Please keep the temperature at 75 or above (summer) and 70 or below (winter). If you want to keep the doors open for a while, PLEASE SHUT OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING! The unit could freeze up and it may take hours or longer to get fixed.

Most units are equipped with Wireless Internet or have access to several open networks. If you need a Network Key, it will be provided to you in your Check-In Instructions.

General Unit Procedures: Parking Space For One Vehicle Only on Premises. Gated Community with parking for one vehicle only, overflow parking call Geronimo Self Storage .4 miles away. This unit is privately owned; please respect the owner’s personal belongings. Please shut off and unplug coffee maker after every use. Do not use the unit towels at the Beach. When using the Garbage Disposal, please run water before and during and after each use. Do not put any large food items or seafood in the Garbage Disposal. During your stay, please place garbage in the appropriate receptacle or trash chute. If there is a grill supplied with your unit, you must clean it afterward or be subject to a fee. Do not lower the refrigerator setting. This may cause it to freeze up. It is normal for your items to take longer to cool when they are initially placed there. No smoking is allowed in any units. Quiet Time is between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Please refrain from any loud noise or music during this time.
