The third floor is dedicated to the king master suite, featuring a queen sleeper and a large ensuite bathroom with balcony access. Adding to the versatility is a private carriage house located behind the main residence, complete with its own kitchen, living space, a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Outside, you can relax in the sparkling fenced-in private pool or enjoy the outdoors with a propane grill. The property is situated in the heart of Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive, an upscale community just minutes from sugar-white sands.
