Discover your perfect coastal getaway at SunDestin Unit 1812, a completely updated corner condo located in the heart of Destin, Florida. This spacious retreat offers sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room, ensuring that the beauty of the Emerald Coast is always within sight.

The layout is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total guest capacity of 7. The master bedroom provides a king bed and direct access to the balcony, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a twin bed, complemented by a nearby full bath. For additional sleeping space, the living area includes a sleeper sofa.

Inside, you will find a spacious common area consisting of a living room, dining room with a table seating six, and an updated, fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal. The living space is further enhanced by a large TV and DVD player for your entertainment.

While the unit provides a serene home base, the surrounding resort offers a variety of features. Guests can utilize the fitness center and relax in the sauna or outdoor hot tub. Please be aware that the resort is currently undergoing an enhancement project; as a result, some amenities such as the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, spa, and splash pad are currently unavailable. Beach access remains available via the ADA-accessible pathway around the side of the building.

Located just minutes from Destin Harbor, you are perfectly positioned to explore the area. Whether you choose to rent waverunners or a pontoon boat for a trip to Crab Island, spend your evening at Harborwalk Village, or enjoy dinner across the street at McGuire’s Destin, everything is within reach.

• Rules: Smoking is strictly forbidden. Pets are not welcome. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay.
