Welcome to Island Princess 200, a lovely and spacious gulf-front corner unit situated on sunny Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This family-oriented retreat offers an inviting escape where you can watch dolphins frolic from your own private balcony overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Designed for comfort and group gatherings, this end unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to maximize space: the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with ensuite access and beautiful views of emerald waters and sugar-white beaches; the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with its own ensuite; and the third bedroom provides versatility with both twin-over-twin and twin-over-queen bunks, also with an ensuite. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

While structured amenities are minimal, guests have access to several exceptional on-site features within the seven-story complex, including:

• Age Restriction: This property is not available to guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No exceptions.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Snowbirds: Special low monthly rates are available from November through February for arrivals and departures on the 1st of the month. Monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
