While the resort offers a wealth of experiences, please note that general amenities are limited to those provided by the property management. Guests can enjoy the following features:

Situated just off Highway 98, the resort puts you within a short walk of premier beach dining experiences, including the local favorites The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Golf enthusiasts will find the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club nearby, offering an excellent way to spend an afternoon on the links.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be aware that pets are not allowed. To book this home, the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.

Important Notice: A roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, anticipated to be completed by the end of September 2026, followed by a walkway project continuing through December 2026. Construction activity takes place Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with potential Sunday work due to weather. Guests may experience sawing and scraping noise during morning hours (7:00 AM to noon), and the floor project may result in noise, dust, and grinding sounds. We sincerely appreciate your patience as these necessary improvements are completed.
