The estate consists of two distinct living spaces. The Main House, originally built in 1898, has been beautifully upgraded to provide a sophisticated experience. Complementing this history is the recently built Carriage House, which adds a contemporary touch to the property. Together, they provide a spacious layout featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with 5 beds available to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Each bedroom, including the den, is designed with individual style and outfitted with luxurious bedding to ensure a restful stay.

While general amenities are kept minimal for privacy, the property is rich with room-specific details and onsite experiences. Guests can prepare meals across three separate kitchens and enjoy a variety of dining spots throughout the estate. For those who enjoy nature, there is an onsite garden where guests are welcome to pick their own fresh salad during the season. Indoor entertainment is plentiful, with a lounge perfect for playing cards, a movie area, and a pool table for rainy days. Outside, you can relax on gracious decks to enjoy the most amazing sunrises, roast marshmallows by the outdoor fireplace, or soak in the new hot tub overlooking the ocean.

Located in a prime area of Chester Basin, the property offers a peaceful escape with incredible access. The Trans Canada Trail cuts directly through the property, providing private access for hiking and biking. You are just seconds away from the Seaside Shanty restaurant and minutes from Chester Village, watersports, multi-use trails, and the SENSEA Nordic Spa. In the summer, the privately owned cove is ideal for swimming, sailing, or kayaking, while the off-season brings opportunities for snowshoeing and sledding.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you. While the property accommodates 10 guests, up to 2 additional guests may be permitted for a fee of $100 each. Please note that parties are not allowed; however, the hosts are open to discussing extra guests for retreats, dinners, or set-hour events, provided they are approved in advance. Access includes all areas of the Main and Carriage House, excluding the basement, attic, and garage.
