The home is expertly configured to sleep 14 guests comfortably. It features 5 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds, including comfortable king and queen-sized options, as well as a custom-made built-in queen-on-queen bunk bed. To ensure the group is ready for every event, the house includes 3 bathrooms—highlighted by an oversized and newly built luxury bathroom—along with a custom beauty bar and mirrored beauty stations throughout the home. Each bedroom also offers generous closet space.
Inside, the living room boasts a jaw-dropping electric fireplace with remote-controlled color changes and a 65-inch 4K TV equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube. Chefs can prepare feasts in the brand-new fully equipped kitchen, while the West Elm dining room provides seating for 10. For convenience, a laundry room with LG appliances and supplies is available. SCOTTSDALE NOISE ORDINANCE
Please keep enjoying yourselves but be mindful of the neighbors when outside at late hours after 10pm. The city of Scottsdale is VERY strict about this. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500). Airbnb will be informed of any noise disturbance at this property. Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe sensor that monitors noise levels.
RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Causing excessive noise or playing loud music is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at any time. In case you listen to music outdoors please keep the volume low.
OCCUPANCY
The only number of guests allowed at our property is the number of guests you book for at any time. Additional unapproved guests may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
POOL HEAT
Pool heat is available for an added fee, $50 per night, 2 night minimum is required and must be paid for in advance. Please ask for pool hear least 1 day before check in.
POOL RULES
No glass at the pool. We provide plastic cups for you. Pool & Spa hours are 7am-10pm out of respect for our neighbors.
Touching the pool equipment (Except the control by the spa) is prohibited because of how easily it can break when it is not adjusted properly.
EARLY CHECK IN /LATE CHECKOUT
We love to give early check-ins if there is no checkout that morning. We offer complimentary check-ins (We will know 48hrs prior) and for a fee, you may check-in earlier.
PARKING
Please only park in car port and driveway. No more than 4 cars total.
3rd PARTY VENDORS
Any 3rd party vendor MUST be approved. DJ's are not allowed at this property. Inviting a 3rd party vendor without authorization may lead to cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
PARTY DECORATIONS
Sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips are not allowed. They can damage the wall paint which will result in a fine. NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
