Gather around the dining table to enjoy meals together, or put the fully equipped kitchen to use and prepare your own culinary creations. Throughout the apartment, you'll find thoughtful touches to ensure your comfort, including clean linens and towels, heating/air conditioning units in each room, and a flat-screen TV with Roku streaming capabilities. Soak in the natural light that fills the space through the large windows, or take advantage of the building's prime location and step outside to explore the vibrant shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions of the Upper East Side. Please note that utilities, including electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV, are not included in the monthly rent and will cost an additional $300 per month (or $350 per month from June 1st to October 1st). Additionally, a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a $100 fee for arrivals after midnight. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $200 to $300.
