Parking Policy – Bella Vida Resort • Parking is allowed only on the home’s driveway. To comply with Bella Vida Resort regulations, sidewalks must remain completely clear at all times. • Street parking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the community. • Any vehicle parked on the street, grass, or blocking the sidewalk is subject to immediate towing at the guest’s expense, including all towing and recovery fees. • Please ensure all drivers in your group are aware of this policy to avoid penalties.
Trash & Waste: • Trash is collected 6 days a week (except Wednesday). • Use 13-gallon bags, tie securely, and double bag pet waste. • Place trash in the bin outside your home by 9:00 AM on collection days. • Do not leave loose trash, overfilled bags, or hazardous items outside. • If the bin is full, take trash to the dumpster compactor at the community front. • Bulk items must be removed separately; do not leave them by the dumpster.
