This private second-floor bedroom is designed for productivity and rest, featuring one bedroom with a Queen bed equipped with a cooling gel memory foam mattress. The room is finished with classic hardwood floors and includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, as well as a closet for your belongings. Guests have the advantage of direct access to a shared bathroom that retains its historic character with an original clawfoot tub. The property is configured to host up to 2 guests comfortably.

While the room is your private sanctuary, you have full access to several shared apartment spaces, including the kitchen, sitting area, hallways, and a backyard. For your convenience, laundry facilities are located in the rustic, unfinished basement of the building.
