Designed for large groups, the home features a spacious layout with 8 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two floors. The downstairs area includes a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom. Upstairs, you will find three additional king bedrooms (two sharing a bathroom), a room with four twin-size bunk beds, a room featuring a queen and twin bunk bed, and a final bedroom with a queen bed. A convenient detached bathroom is located by the theater room.

This unique home is beautifully furnished with impressive theme room decor and is built for entertainment. Guests can enjoy hours of fun in the large theatre room and the awesome game room, which includes a PS5. • Pets: Welcome with a $150 fee per pet per stay (weight restrictions apply).
• Parking: Ample street parking available; vehicles violating rules may be towed.
• Safety: Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited; only propane grills are permitted.
