Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following guidelines:

1. No loud noise outside after 10:00 PM: We do have noise monitors, it's to prohibit super loud groups or to prevent parties and make sure were all being respectful of the neighbors. We don't mind that your outside past 10pm but do want the noise to be respectful to a minimum after 10pm outdoors for the neighbors. Even before 9pm please try to step the noise level down a little bit per city noise regulations.

2. Property Access: Property access is provided via a secure keypad door lock. Code will be auto generated specifically for you. It will be activated right at the time of check and de-activated at checkout

3. Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Due to cleaning schedules, we cannot accommodate late check-outs unless requested at least 24 hours in advance and approved. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $25 fee per 30-minute increment.

4. Pool heating and equipment: The pool can be heated for an additional $30 per night. Guests may not operate or adjust pool equipment. Please contact us directly for assistance with pool-related needs.

5. Tampering with safety or network equipment: Disabling, unplugging, or interfering with the WiFi router, Ring doorbell, Ring spotlight, or Minut monitoring device is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in removal from the property.

6. Smoking policy: Smoking is permitted and vaping outside. Please do not vape or smoke indoors. Please pick up after the cigarettes if anyone smokes cigarettes. No Marijuana smoking inside or outside the house per Scottsdale short term rental regulations. An ashtray is provided, and guests are expected to properly dispose of cigarette waste.

7. Thermostat restrictions: To ensure system efficiency and prevent damage, the thermostat may not be set below 70°F during your stay.

8. Pet policy: Up to two dogs are permitted with prior approval and a $99 pet fee per stay. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats.

9. Security measures: For your safety and ours, security cameras are in place at entry points. These are not to be tampered with under any circumstance. Any attempt to disable or obstruct these devices will result in termination of the stay.

10. Gatherings and Events: Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted on the property under any circumstances or without any prior approval. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

11. Minimum age requirement: The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old. The individual who books must be one of the guests staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
