• Pets: Allowed with a fee of $75 per pet per week
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside and within 50 feet of the building (includes vaping and marijuana); violations may result in a $500 fee
• Parties & Events: Strictly prohibited; noise monitoring devices are in use
• Parking: Two dedicated parking spaces provided per apartment
• Beach Notice: From late May through late July 2025, sand replacement projects may impact sections of the beach between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday). Alternative beach access is available via 11th View St.
• Additional Policies: Fireworks are illegal in Norfolk and strictly prohibited. Guest verification via Truvi is required for stays under 30 days. Baby gear (Pack 'n Play/high chair) is available for a $25 rental fee per item if reserved in advance. Coin-operated washer and dryer are located in a shared space.
