Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with check-out at 10:00 AM. This is a quiet neighborhood with HOA enforced quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. The maximum occupancy of 13 guests must not be exceeded at any time, with no events or group gatherings allowed. Only registered guests are authorized to stay in the home. No smoking is permitted inside the property. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets up to 33 pounds.

Optional services include pool heating for $35 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive nights, BBQ grill rental for $85 per stay, and mid-stay cleaning upon request. As a self-catering home, guests receive starter supplies including toilet paper, basic toiletries, and cleaning essentials for the first night.
