The upper-floor bedroom is a tranquil sanctuary offering a king bed and access to a private deck with breathtaking views. On the bedroom level, you will find three cozy rooms: two bedrooms featuring queen beds (one including a bathroom ensuite for added convenience) and a third bedroom that serves as a haven for the little ones, furnished with a twin bunk bed and a baby crib. Every room on this level also provides access to a deck, seamlessly extending your living space outdoors.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To maintain a respectful environment, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. No smoking is permitted inside the home, and events or gatherings—including weddings and parties—are strictly prohibited. Total occupancy must not exceed the maximum guest limit, including infants.

Pet Policy: Furry friends are welcome with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets).

Additional Notes Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the exterior lift elevator is not available for guest use.
