Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: 25 years old for all non-family groups at time of check-in
• Restrictions: No pets and no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony
• Vehicle Policy: No motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers are permitted onsite. Free parking is available at the local rental office for these vehicles or for those exceeding the unit's vehicle limit (park at your own risk)
• Stay Limit: Valid for short-term stays of 27 nights or less

Maintenance Notice: Please be aware that exterior breezeway and balcony concrete repairs and waterproofing are scheduled for October through December 2026. While the calendar is blocked when balconies are off-limits, work may be ongoing and noisy during other available periods in that window. Rate adjustments have been applied for stays between October and December 2027.
