• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: 25 years for all non-family groups at the time of check-in
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony
• Parking Restrictions: No motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers are allowed onsite; free parking is available at the local rental office for these vehicles
• Stay Limit: Valid for short-term stays of 27 nights or less

Please be advised that an exterior breezeway and balcony concrete repair and waterproofing project is scheduled from October 2026 through December 2026. While the calendar is blocked when balconies are off-limits, ongoing work may be noisy during other available rental periods. Rate adjustments have been applied for reservations between October and December 2027.
