Please note that while amenities are available at the property's discretion, we are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay. Additionally, this is a smoke-free property, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees. Other important policies include a $75/hour late check-out fee, $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors, and $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must be at least 22 years old, and no outside visitors are allowed without permission. Long-term stays are subject to a background and credit check.
