This comfortable studio is designed for two guests and features one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, providing a relaxing space for a good night's rest. The layout includes one full bathroom equipped with a tiled shower. For your convenience, the space includes a kitchenette featuring a micro-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, ideal for preparing light meals or enjoying a morning brew before heading to the shore.

Location & Neighborhood: Beachview 309 is all about convenience. The complex is situated right across from The Hangout, The Pink Pony, and the Gulf of Mexico. You are within walking distance of an array of excellent shopping options such as Alvin's Island and Surf Style, as well as a variety of local favorites including Gulf Island Grill, Hooters, Picnic Beach, and Mikee's Seafood. For extra fun, there is even a mini-golf course nearby, ensuring you are immersed in the best entertainment and nightlife Gulf Shores has to offer.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent, and photo identification is required at check-in. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Vehicle registration tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival; a maximum of 2 cars is allowed per reservation. Linens are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. A starter set of essentials (hand soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels) is included. Please note that these units do not include balconies.

Winter Season Reservations: Bookings made before October 1st for January and February require a minimum stay of 60 days. After October 1st, minimum stays for these months may be reduced to three or seven nights depending on unit specifications. Call for monthly "Snowbird" rates from November through February!
