Designed for relaxation and ease, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with two full-sized beds, with a second bathroom conveniently located just down the hall. The interior flows into an open dining and living area, offering plenty of space to relax and spend quality time together. For your convenience, the unit includes an updated kitchen fully equipped for home cooking and an in-unit washer and dryer.

While the condo offers a quiet home base, you are immersed in the active Ocean Village community, known for its vibrant events and lifestyle. Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure activities, including:

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. For arrivals before 5:00 PM, please inform the guard that you are visiting the Rental Office to check in; arrivals after 5:00 PM will find their keys and check-in package waiting at the Guard Gate.

Strict house rules are in place to maintain the quality of the community: there is a one-month minimum stay requirement, and pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. Parking is limited to one maximum assigned parking spot per unit. To preserve the neighborhood character, commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, and trucks are not permitted. Additionally, please note that while December 24th, 25th, and 26th may be booked as part of a larger reservation, check-in and check-out are unavailable on those specific dates. For security, a Ring camera is located on the front door.
