December 24th, 25th, and 26th may be booked as part of a larger reservation, but check-in and check-out are unavailable on those specific dates. Parking is limited to a maximum of one car in available guest spaces; the assigned carport is not available for rental use.

Strict community rules are enforced: no smoking, no pets, and no commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, or motorcycles are permitted on the premises. Upon arrival, guests must present their rental agreement and photo ID at the guard gate.
