A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Guests must provide a photo ID and credit card for identity verification and incidentals ($1 authorization; no security deposit charged). Note that an optional child safety pool fence is included; removal is available upon request for an additional fee of $250. Premium add-on services — including in-home chefs, grocery delivery, in-home massages, private yoga classes, and transportation coordination — are available upon request through your dedicated guest concierge.
