Villa Medano is ideally located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Resort & Casino, championship golf courses, world-class dining, and vibrant nightlife. Whether you're seeking a peaceful desert escape or a lively hub for exploring, this modern oasis offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available via keypad for your convenience. Pool heating is available upon request for a minimum of three days at $285, with additional days at $95/day. The pool heats to a maximum of 86°F.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 pet fee per pet. Please disclose breed, size, and number of pets in advance. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM as required by the City of Scottsdale. Noise monitoring devices ensure compliance, and guests are responsible for any fines from violations. The guest count must match your reservation, and outside vendors require prior host approval.

For security and safety, two exterior cameras monitor entry points - one in the front yard facing the driveway and one in the backyard. No cameras monitor indoor areas. Long-term stays and luggage dropoff are both allowed.

HOUSE RULES — Please Read Before Your Stay!

Welcome — we’re so excited to host you at Villa Medano! We want your time here to be relaxing, fun, and worry-free. To make that possible — and to remain respectful to our neighbors and community — please adhere to the following house rules:
1. Check-In & Check-Out • Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request, depending on availability and subject to an additional fee. For check-ins requested before 12:00 PM, we recommend booking the night prior to guarantee early access. • Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are welcome and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
2. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted; however, please do not smoke near open doors or windows, and dispose of all materials properly. Evidence of indoor smoking or tampering with smoke-monitoring devices will result in additional fines.
3. Quiet Hours Per City of Scottsdale ordinance, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid loud music or gatherings during this time, especially outdoors. We use passive noise-monitoring devices (volume only — no recordings) to help ensure compliance.
4. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Events, large gatherings, and parties are not permitted. The number of overnight guests must match your reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
5. Parking Please park only in the designated driveway spaces. Parking in the street or blocking neighbors’ access may result in fines or towing at your expense.
6. Pets Pets are allowed only with prior approval and payment of a one-time pet fee. Unauthorized pets may incur additional charges. Approved pets must stay off all furniture and be cleaned up after — both inside and outside the home.
7. Pool The pool is for your enjoyment, but please use it responsibly and at your own risk — there is no lifeguard on duty. For safety reasons, glass is strictly prohibited in or around the pool area. Please do not touch or attempt to alter the pool equipment; if you'd like any settings adjusted, just let us know and we’ll be happy to assist. Quiet hours also apply to pool and hot tub use. A pool fence is not typically installed — please practice caution, especially with children.
8. Thermostats Please do not adjust the smart thermostats outside the 68–80°F range. Settings beyond this range may damage the HVAC system.
9. Damages & Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report issues promptly so we can address them. By staying here, you agree to hold the host harmless for any injury or loss of personal belongings.
