Important Guest Information: Pool heating requires a minimum three-day booking at $285 plus $95 per additional day, with heating up to 85°F maximum. Please note there is no pool fence, so supervision of children is essential. Pets welcome with prior approval and $100 fee per pet. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 5 AM per City of Scottsdale ordinance, with guests responsible for any violation fines. The property features exterior security cameras at entry points and noise monitoring devices for compliance purposes. Early check-in and late check-out may be available with advance arrangement. HOUSE RULES:
1. Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm.
2. Check-out is at 11 am. If a late check-out is needed. Let us know in advance and we will see if it is possible. Unapproved late check-outs are subject to penalty fees.
3. No smoking inside. Feel free to smoke outside, but please do not smoke in front of open doors and windows. If we need to mitigate smoke damage we may exact a penalty fee.
4. No parties of any kind. Sorry to be so serious about this one, but we have to be good members of our communities. The reservation is for the number of guests listed on the reservation. The presence of any undisclosed overnight guests will result in penalty fees and possible cancellation of the reservation.
5. Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be mindful of anything other than quiet noise in the backyard after 10pm. We may use passive noise monitoring technology that tracks the volume level of noise, (and only the volume level). If that noise rises beyond a reasonable level during quiet hours, we are notified.
6. No Pets Allowed. Unless agreed upon in advance.
7. Our thermostats are smart thermostats and stay between 68 and 80 degrees. Pushing the equipment out of that range can damage the system.
8. Swim at your own risk. Guests agree to waive any responsibility of the managers and/or owners of the property when using the pool and /or hot tub.
9. Please don’t alter the pool equipment in any way. If you have a request or want a feature turned on, let us know and we will be happy to have it arranged for you.
10. Please keep all cars parked only in the driveway of the home.
