Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed with one King bed, one Queen bed, one Twin-over-Queen bunk bed, and one Queen sleeper sofa to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Every detail of the home is curated for a seamless experience. Guests can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen or head outdoors to enjoy a classic BBQ on the charcoal grill. For entertainment, the cabin features a retro arcade console with Ms. Pac-Man and 11 other classic games, along with a collection of family-friendly board games. The inviting living space is ideal for fireside chats and movie nights. Outside, you can soak in the private hot tub while admiring breathtaking sunsets and stargazing under clear Appalachian skies, while the large grassy lawn provides plenty of room for kids and pups to play.

Located centrally for exploration, you are just minutes away from the Nantahala Gorge, Tsali Mountain Bike Trails, Lake Fontana, and the charming shops and dining of downtown Bryson City. Whether you are chasing waterfalls or exploring mountain trails, the location makes every excursion easy.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book: 21 years old
• Pets: Dogs only; must be disclosed in advance. A $100 non-refundable fee applies for up to 2 pets. Strict rules apply: no pets on furniture (beds/sofas) and unattended pets must be crated. Violations may result in fees from $100 to $250.
• Road Conditions: Access roads may be pavement or gravel. A 4WD vehicle with high ground clearance is highly recommended, especially in winter. No refunds are issued for inability to reach the cabin due to road conditions.
• Wildlife Safety: This is active bear country. All food and garbage must be secured; please keep dogs leashed and maintain a safe distance from wildlife.
• Water Conservation: Please use water mindfully, run the dishwasher only when full, and do not wash cars on the property.
• Additional Notes: A starter supply of essentials (toiletries, coffee, firewood, etc.) is provided. One load of firewood is included; additional bundles are available for $5 each.
