Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, with a fee of up to $300 charged if cigarettes or pot are found. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book, and no one outside the reservation is permitted on the property without prior host approval. Upon booking, guests will receive access to a Guest Portal to sign the Rental Agreement and choose between a Damage Waiver fee or a refundable Security Deposit.
