DAMAGE: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and each coverage tier is associated with a maximum coverage amount. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: You must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc.) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damage exists beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
