The home is thoughtfully designed with a unique layout to maximize privacy and space. The ground floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Primary Suite offers a comfortable Queen bed and a TV, complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring a combination tub and shower. The second bedroom serves as a guest room with two single beds and access to a hall bathroom, also equipped with a combination tub and shower. For additional guests, the common area includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Upstairs, you will find an open living area designed for relaxation and connection. This space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, a welcoming family room, and a separate sitting room that provides a quiet workspace. Outside the bedrooms, guests can enjoy the convenience of a fenced-in area.

Located mid-beach, The Pirate’s Mermaid is perfectly positioned halfway between East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village. This specific stretch of beach is not tide-dependent, providing plenty of room for walking in both directions. Guests are also within walking distance of local restaurant favorites including Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Practical details include two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the townhome. To enhance your stay, the home provides complimentary beach chairs and towels.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs (25lbs or less) with a $250 pet fee. Puppies under 1 year and breeds classified as 'vicious' by insurance carriers are not permitted.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home, on porches, patios, decks, or anywhere on the property.
• Minimum Age: Guests must be 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum age is 30+ or children traveling with parents; no student groups allowed.
• Events: No parties or events are permitted. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group are allowed.
